INSURANCE COVERAGE
Insightful Nutrition is pending to be a preferred provider for the following health insurances.
Some major health insurance companies cover all or a portion of medical nutrition therapy or nutrition counseling. However, each contract varies depending upon the agreement with your employer. Please contact your insurance company to determine their policy. Please contact your insurance company regarding out-of network reimbursement for your diagnosis. Payment is due at the time of service and we will provide a receipt that you can file with your insurance company.

PAYMENT
PayPal, cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. A payment plan is available with the purchase of a 3 or 6 month program. Payment is due at the time of service. Payment for Phone and Skype consultations must be made in advance.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available for most of the services. Please contact me for more details.
