A 3-month program (note: price indicated is per month) designed to help guide and support you along your path to health and wellness. We will work together on your individual goals and will look at how food affects everything you do. We will explore which foods work for your body and lifestyle, and we’ll touch on other sources of nourishment in your life; such as relationships, fitness, spirituality and career.
- Two sessions per month
- Initial Visit (60 min): During this session we will go over your complete medical, nutrition, weight and lifestyle history. By the end of the visit you will leave with a personalized goal plan, customized lifestyle guidelines and necessary education.
- Follow-Up Visits (30 min): These visits are essential to guarantee success, monitor your progress report, modify plan, reinforce goals, and continue education.
